Shipping packaging
In 2022, our shipping provider implemented significant changes to its apparel mailers in North America. It increased the post-consumer-recycled (PCR) plastic content from 30%–70% to an impressive 90%–100%. Although it may take some time to deplete existing packaging stock, our shipping provider is proud to raise the minimum PCR plastic content threshold to 70% worldwide. The use of PCR plastic is crucial as it is made from everyday recyclables like plastic bottles, thus saving raw materials and requiring less energy to produce.
Shipping and offsetting CO2 emissions
Through our fulfillment shipping provider, we are empowering our customers to make environmentally conscious choices by offering the option to offset CO2 emissions associated with their orders. This option is available at checkout.
